Meten –Meer –Zorg   opening pair, the talented USA national player Azurdeen Mohammed and the elegant former Singapore player Glen Meyer walked out to the middle and from the very first over it was all MMZ, Meyer took 20 off the first over bowled by Yasir Nazir hitting some glorious shots across the quick Hecksher outfield. Mohammed and Meyer batted with pure class hitting the ball to all parts of the field. The way Meyer started off it looks like he would reach three figures first.

At the other end Mohammed was timing the ball well and hit some glorious shots, he brought up his 50 with a straight drive that went for the maximum, Mohammed was determined to bat for a long time and the pair was hammering the ball to all part of the ground with Mohammed being the one hitting some powerful sixes in the bushes.
