On April 22nd. Brooklyn International defeated winless Franklin K. Lane by seven wickets.  Akash Chowdhury picked up 3 wickets for 14 runs.  At Marine Park, Aown Iqbal (55) and William Bryant handed FDR its first defeat of the season.

On April 23rd. FDR bounced back to score 207 runs against Brooklyn International with strong contribution coming from Mohib Tariq (82), Hamza Rana (60), and Nueed Patwary (5 wicket haul).  In Queens, Hillcrest defeated John Bowne by 37 runs, Jamaica defeated HS For Construction by 9 wickets, and John Adams was too good for Richmond Hill.  Randall Wilson of Adams finished with an excellent all-round performance.  Wilson captured 4 wickets, and scored 59 runs in the win, but Ganesh Bheir (22*) once again brought it home for the Spartans.

On April 24th. Wingate recorded its first win in PSAL history after they defeated Stuyvesant by 105 runs, but Wingate’s Alex Ross (95) missed out on his first century.  Hubert H. Lehman continues to impress as they defeated Thomas Edison at Kissena Park.

On April 25th. Bronx HS of Science registered its first win of the season against struggling Queens HS of Teaching.  In Brooklyn, Franklin D. Roosevelt made light work of Midwood with excellent performance coming from Nueed Patwary (3 wks.), Hamza Rana(34*), and Antu Das(32*).  In Queens, Dewitt Clinton, and John Bowne easily defeated Aviation and Richmond Hill.  At Baisley South, John Adams and Hillcrest battled it out, but the Spartans always seem to entertain the crowd with thrilling and nail biting matches.
