The Annual General Meeting of the United States of America Cricket Umpires Association, Inc. (USACUA) was held on Sunday March 13, 2011 at 124-16 Liberty Avenue, Queens, New York with Umpire Fitzroy Hayles being reelected as the President. Mr. Hales election was unopposed by eligible voting members of all participating regions.

Apart from Mr. Hayles, the other positions that remained unchanged were Vice President Hammy Reid, Training Officer Mohamed N. Baksh, Trustees Lincoln Champagnie and Pratap Bachan, Chaplain J. Kishun, and Sergeant at Arms S. Mulcare.

Though Mr. Hayles, Baksh and Reid are names that have been associated with the Association for some time, the following officers were selected to serve for the first time. The new secretary is Mr. Babu Venkatachalapathy of Texas (Central East) and Mr.  Ravishankar Byrappagowda from California will serve as the new Assistant Secretary. The other changes were PRO Deepak Katte of Atlantic Region, Trustee Ram Raggo of Washington, DC and Treasurer Victor Mangal of New York.
