Cavaliers 213 for 9 from 35 overs, Owin Earle topped scored with an aggressive 67, Andrew Marsh a blistering 44 shared in 100 runs opening partnership. Shaquille Allick an elegant 35, and Dawnley Grant a lusty 34. Bowling for Diplomats, former Guyana leg spinner Sydney Matthew produced a hat-trick, dismissing Marsh, Allick and Reid. The veteran spinner pulled out all his tricks bowling the full package of his leg breaks and googlies to finish with figures of 7 overs, 59 runs, 6 wickets, the other successful bowler was Skerrit 5.1 overs, 24 runs, 3 wickets. Diplomats 162 all out, Swanton Benjamin topped scored with a gritty 50, Skerrit 24 and Sydney Matthews 16 was the main contributors. Bowling for Cavaliers, Timothy Warner 8 overs, 41 runs, 5 wickets, Captain Richie Ruplal 7.4 overs, 35 runs, 4 wickets.

Middlesex vs Imperial
On August 30th, Middlesex vs Imperial at Marine Park A. Middlesex 231 for 8 from 35 overs, Mark Audain set up the inning nicely with a responsible 86, a knock mixed with sound defense and aggression (12 x 4s), he was dismissed in the 34th over. The aggressive former Jamaica youth player David Lewis produced another fantastic knock with 44 (3 x 6s, 3 x 4s), Dominic Audain a typical aggressive 20 not out. Bowling for Imperial, Hyron Shallow 6 overs, 29 runs, 2 wickets, Tanvir Sami 7 overs, 35 runs, 2 wickets, Immomal Hassan 7 overs, 56 runs, 1 wicket and Colville Brown 4 overs, 29 runs, 1 wicket. Imperial in reply made 173 all out, Hyron Shallow a magnificent 50 (2 x 6s, 5 x 4s), Immamol Hassan 21, Foster Lewis 19, and Colville Brown 18 was the principle scorers, Bowling for Middlesex, off spinner Rawle Jackman 4.2 overs, 21 runs, 4 wickets,  off spinner David Lewis 7 overs, 36 runs, 2 wickets, former Jamaica youth leg spinner Rashane Manning 5 overs, 40 runs, 2 wickets, Captain Rod Michael 2 overs, 7 runs, 1 wicket, and Dominic Audain 3 overs, 28 runs, 1 wicket.
Middlesex winning by 58 runs.

This is the first time in Middlesex seventh year’s history reaching the finals of the Brooklyn cricket league. The 40 overs finals will feature Middlesex vs Cavaliers at Marine Park C on September 13th.
