Batting first Villagers posted a formidable 453 for 4 off the allotted 40 overs behind a career best 201 not out from USA middle order batsman Rashard Marshall. His scintillating knock included 19 fours and 15 sixes.

Marvin Simpson contributed an unbeaten 102.

Marshall was ably supported by a whirlwind 102 not out (13 fours & 7 sixes) from Marvin Simpson; Melroy Kingston 62 and Richard Staples 41.

Bowling for Islandwide; Leebert Serieux 4 overs 27 runs 1 wicket of was the most economical followed by B James 4 overs 42 runs 1 wicket; Kenneth Bacchus and Dale Sobers grabbed one wicket each.

In their turn at the crease Islandwide made a spirited chase finishing with 256 all out in 31.5 overs. Leebert Serieux completed a fine all-round performance scoring 95 runs (11 fours and 5 sixes). He got support from B James 53 runs and H. Gilkes 21 runs.

For Villagers, Cuthbert Mendonca 6 overs 32 runs 3 wickets was the pick of the bowlers. Ewart Gayle, Christopher Senior and George Adams claimed two wickets each.
