Batting first, Lions were 94/all out in 17 overs.  Top scorers were Gaurav Grover with 20, including three boundaries; Bazz Singh with 17, with four boundaries, and Sachin Mohan 16 not out with two fours.
Tri-City’s Ashok Addikopula was the pick of the bowlers taking 5 wickets for just 34 runs. Raymond Cecil was 2/12 in support, with Anil Sahaman chipping in with 2/27
In reply, Tri-City made 98 in just 15 overs.
Richie Persaud led all batsmen with an unbeaten 51.

Melbourne beat Pasban yesterday at Kissena Park in a low scoring match dominated by excellent bowling from both teams.
Batting first Melbourne were 37 for 6 at one point; but a crucial 75 runs partnership by Tanvir Ravin (50) & captain Rudhir (25) helped pushed the score to 133 all out.
Pasban made 104 all out, losing by 28 runs.
