Central West (CW) Region will be holding advanced level camp and selection event for U15 and U17 players during the Memorial Day weekend, May 24th (Sat) and May 25th (Sun) at the United Cricket Ground in Lewisville, TX.

Hosted by the North Texas Cricket Association (NTCA) Youth Program, this event will accomplish several tactical as well as strategic goals.

During this Memorial Day weekend event in Lewisville, TX, CW Region will be launching its campaign for the U15 Nationals to be held in June 2014 in Santa Clara, CA. This event is critical to the region, as well as to all youth players in the USA, as the first ever National U17 team is expected to be selected at the Junior Olympics.

In a proactive step, aligned with the direction from USACA, CW Region will also identify a pool of promising players to be groomed for building future high performance teams.

Central West Region includes the states of Nebraska, Kansas, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Montana, Colorado, Wyoming, New Mexico, Louisiana, Mississippi and Arkansas.

The event is expected to be attended by more than 50 players from across the region.
