MMZ Superstars Set To Clash With Dragons In Final

In the semi finals on Friday Superstars defeated Thunderstorms by 80 runs with skipper Trevis Ross leading the way with a brilliant 88.
Ross and Clifford Hamilton posted 150 for the first wicket with Hamilton scoring a solid half century. Rafeek Nazeer and Amarnath Persaud with some late hitting saw the Superstars reached 206 off their 20 overs.
The Thunderstorms were calm down by the 15 year old off spinner Nicholas Nandan who had a superb spell of 4 for 12 off his 4 overs. Trevis Ross, Amarnath Persaud, Rafeek Nazeer and Chetram Persaud all picked up a wicket each to see the MMZ Superstars reaching the finals for the fourth time.
The Dragons defeated Pak Stallions in the other Semi final.
The Final is all set for Wednesday with the MMZ Superstars taking on the Defending champion the Dragons at Gateway Park, game is schedule to start at 2 pm. Live commentary will be provided by the Lenny Achibar and Carl Bennett.
The final will be a very good match up with both teams having several talented youngsters in their line up. The Superstars will be led by Trevis Ross and the Dragons by Randall Wilson both USA under 19 players.
