USA Cricket Partner With Technology Company CricClubs
USA Cricket is pleased to announce it has entered into a strategic partnership with CricClubs, a sports technology company based in the USA, to provide a world class competition management platform to its members across the United States.
After carefully evaluating various parameters across several competition management providers, in conjunction with the U.S. cricket community, it was determined that CricClubs is best suited for the needs of the wider community.
Through this partnership, each cricket league, club, team, university, college, school and academy that is a member of USA Cricket will have full access to CricClubs’ platform features, including but not limited to: the online web portal, live scoring and statistics and tools for managing leagues, teams, player profiles and communication.
Speaking on behalf of the important partnership, USA Project Manager Eric Parthen said: “It is exciting to be able to provide such comprehensive access to a world class competition management platform as a membership benefit of USA Cricket.
“Over the past several years, CricClubs has done a great job digitizing most of the U.S. cricket leagues on their platform which is important as we look to arm the new organization with relevant and actionable data to make informed decisions that will ultimately benefit members. The sophisticated database and digital technologies we are building for USA Cricket will help us deliver on that vision.”
Vissu Kottapalli, Director – Global Business Development of CricClubs, said: “We are thrilled to be able to partner with USA Cricket as we help to provide all members the necessary technology to manage their cricket activity. We are committed to working with USA Cricket to provide the necessary training and administrative support over the coming months.”
USA Cricket have commenced working with CricClubs to integrate the technology into the broader database eco-system that is being built which will be made available to members of the new organization over the coming months. While initially a one-year relationship, the vision is to create a long-term partnership under the leadership of the new USA Cricket Board of Directors once they are seated.
