AWCSG Receives Significant Sponsorship Boost

The American Women’s Cricket Support Group (AWCSG), the newly formed nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing women’s cricket in the United States, has received a major sponsorship commitment from MCC Non-Ferrous Trading LLC (MCC), a New York-based global physical trading, mineral asset development, and consulting company with operations across the Americas and Africa.

The sponsorship represents a significant boost for AWCSG as it continues its mission to expand opportunities for female cricketers and strengthen the sport’s development pathway for current national players and emerging talent.

AWCSG is currently preparing to host its inaugural Premier Women’s T20 Tournament, April 3–5, 2026, at the Orlando Cricket Ground in Groveland, Florida. The tournament will feature some of the top women cricketers in the United States, including current national players and rising youth prospects, competing in a three-team T20 format.

The event represents one of the most ambitious independent initiatives to expand competitive opportunities for women’s cricket in the United States.
