The best cricket players in the very competitive North East Region will compete for the Championship Trophy and an invitation for the regional team to participate in the 2010 U.S. Cricket Open. On Friday evening, May 28th, Cricket Council USA and T20 Energy Drink will honor the competing teams and attending dignitaries at the Golden Circle Welcome Reception. The North East Region has established itself as one of the major regional participants for the 2010 U. S. Cricket Open, being hosted by Cricket Council USA from December 3 – 5, 2010 at Central Broward Regional Park, Lauderhill, Florida.

The participating teams will have the names of its players, coaches and managers indelibly etched into the record books for competing in the historical U.S. Cricket Open Championship for a first prize of $25,000.00.
