5th Annual International Youth Cricket Tournament Set For MLK Weekend

The City of Miramar and Florida Cricket Academy (FCA) announces our 5th Annual International Youth Cricket Tournament.

Combermere High School that won the 2013 tournament.

The Florida Cricket Academy, a youth cricket development organization since 2007 is based in Miramar/Hollywood, Florida and is an Associate member of the USA Cricket Association.

The Academy is pleased to announce that our 5th Annual Youth International Cricket Tournament will be held over the MLK weekend Jan. 17th, 18th, 19th, 2014. All matches will begin at 10:00am each day on both cricket fields at Miramar Regional Park, Miramar, Fl.

In addition to the FCA youth team, Cricket Academy USA with youth players from Atlanta and the Carolinas. West Indies Under 19 head coach Roddy Estwick will be returning with defending champions Combermere H.S., Barbados. In addition Mr. Estwick will be bringing a second team will participate in this event.

Everyone is encouraged to come out and support the highest level of youth cricket in the region.
