The American Cricket Federation would like to congratulate Honorary Advisory Board member Clive Lloyd on his appointment as Convenor of the West Indies selection panel under a two-year contract.

In a WICB media release, Director of Cricket Richard Pybus said, ““We welcome the introduction of Clive Lloyd – one of the true legends of West Indies cricket –to the selection panel for the first time.
“We are also glad that an iconic fast bowler like Courtney Walsh, and highly-experienced, former international player and coach like Eldine Baptiste have accepted to perform this important function,” said Pybus.
ACF CEO Jamie Harrison said, “We are delighted that the West Indies Cricket Board has elevated such a deserving individual as Clive to this great position of responsibility, and we know that he will perform magnificently.
“It is also refreshing to know that the WICB now has a true friend of American cricket among its leadership, a true visionary upon whose support we can always depend. We look forward to fantastic results ahead.”
