This is an ideal opportunity for those interested in becoming certified cricket coaches; more so at a time when the demand for qualified cricket coaches in the United States is on the rise.
When: Sept. 17 & 18, 2016 – Two-day clinic (9:00 AM to 4:00 PM each day)
Where: T.B.A. – Central New Jersey area
Course fee: $60.00/person for ACF Level 1 coaches, who completed NJSBCL Level 1 Clinic in NJ on June 29, 2014.
$120.00/person for ACF or NJSBCL members. (Non-members $150.00)
Spots are limited for the Level 2 clinic, and is on a first-come, first-served basis only – NO SAME DAY registrations.
ACF sponsored event for members and non-members with subsidized course fees, these subsidized Level 2 clinics would normally cost between $150.00 and $500.00 and up. The clinics include all technical coaching equipment, refreshments, and lunch on both days.
Successful participants will be awarded certificates of completion at the end of the clinic(s) and access to free online follow-up support. Participants are encouraged to bring their personal cricket gear for the Level 2 clinic.
Coaches seeking ACF Level 2 certification at this clinic must be pre-approved by Coach Jatin Patel, prior to registering.

COACH – INSTRUCTOR JATIN PATEL: ACF’s Director of Coaching will conduct the clinics. He is a Cricket Australia Level 2 and ICC Certified Coach, with a High School Coaches Diploma from NSCAA and is a Certified Interscholastic Coach (CIC) for High School sports certified by the NFHS. Coach Patel will oversee the clinics and the issuance of all certifications.
ASSISTANT COACH DELKASH SHAHRIARIAN: She is an ACF Level 2 certified Coach and Level 1 Instructor, USA wicketkeeper during Women’s World Cup Qualifier held in Bangladesh (2011).
ASSISTANT COACH GEORGE SAMUEL: He is a Cricket Australia Level 2, ACF Level 2 certified, and currently serves as head coach at Queens United Cricket Academy, NY.
ABOUT ACF COACHING PROGRAM: The ACF Coach Certification Program is established in 17 States, with Level 1 Instructors in nine States. The program was launched in May 2014 for Level 1 and June 2015 for Level 2. As of August 20, 2016, 85 Level 2 coaches from 6 clinics, 266 Level 1 coaches and 174 PE teachers, have been trained and certified through this program. (Numbers does not include school and college clinics).
