The competition which will be held at Best Academy School grounds in Atlanta will be conducted in a round-robin format.

The tournament which started six years ago was heralded as a huge success for women’s cricket in the USA. Organized by the GWCA this year’s tournament is expected to be better and bigger than the previous ones.

We thank Petal Samuels, the founder and president of the GWCA for having the insight to come up with such an outstanding tournament. We support her expressions after she got the news from ICC about their sanction that it is a momentous blessing for women’s cricket in the Americas, which her organization received with great pride and joy.

Samuels, one of the top women’s cricket administrators/promoters in the USA, was inducted into the Cricket Hall of Fame last year in recognition of her outstanding contributions to the development of the sport in the U.S.

Let us put our hearts together and help her to get the six teams that she is aiming for to make this year’s tournament a success.

At the tournament’s conclusion, a dinner and awards presentation will be held at the Ashiana Banquet Hall.
