Mr. John Aaron
Secretary, United States of America Cricket Association

Dear Mr. Aaron:
You have been identified as the author of an article published on September 14th 2011 which contains comments damaging to the good standing and well-being of the United States of America Cricket Association (USACA). After consultation with many of the USACA board members, I am suspending you immediately and indefinitely as secretary of USACA.

Until a final determination by the USACA board, you are not permitted to act in any capacity as a USACA official.

Sincerely,
Gladstone Dainty
President USACA

Dear Mr. Dainty:
This is in response to your attached letter of September 25, 2011 and received yesterday, September 27, 2011 suspending me “immediately and indefinitely as secretary of USACA.”

Your action is without basis and merit and is unconstitutional, and it impinges upon my right of free speech. In addition, your reference to “consultation with many of the USACA board members,” is also unfounded and unsubstantiated, and at best refers to a minority.

The rescission of your statement suspending me, is immediately urged.

Regards,
John L. Aaron
Executive Secretary
USA Cricket

Editor’s Note: From all reports Mr. Dainty appears to be referring to an article written by Mr. Aaron following an open meeting New York Cricket Region stakeholders held with the USACA president earlier this month in New York  http://newyorkcricket.com/columns/john-aaron/2011/09/presidential-visit-anything-but-presidential/#respond
