Joe Root Academy To Conduct High Performance Coaching Camp In NYC

The Root Academy has teamed up with the Queens United Cricket Academy for a High Performance coaching camp, starting this Wednesday, July 10th. The camp will last for three days and will be conducted by Shaun Seigert, the Program Coaching Director of the Root Academy.

Over a period of 13 years, Shaun has overseen the development of 26 International cricketers, well over a 100 first class cricketers and several International Under-19, club and female cricketers. Some of Shaun’s alumni include Joe Root, Jason Roy, Liam Plunkett, Ben Foakes, Jonny Bairstow and Alex Hales.

As per Queens United Cricket Academy Director George Samuel, attending this High Performance Camp, putting individuals out of their comfort zone personally, physically, mentally and tactically, by giving the players continuous challenges to find a way to succeed.
