NTCA Youth Program Announces ICC Level II Coaching Seminar

North Texas Cricket Association Youth Program is focused on strengthening Youth Cricket infrastructure not only in DFW area and Central West region, but indeed in the entire nation. Enhancing coaching talent is the core of this effort.

Rajesh CV, a leader in NTCA Youth Program, has partnered with Cricket Australia and ICC Americas to bring the highly prestigious ICC Level II Coaching seminar to Dallas. This seminar is expected to be attended by coaches from all over USA, Canada and Bermuda, who are already Level I certified. ICC Coaching certification has 3 levels in total.

ICC Level II Coaching Seminar will cover not just the technical aspects of Cricket, but areas such as effective communication with youngsters, talent identification, captaincy, bio-mechanics and many other advanced areas.

Rajesh CV, an ICC level I certified coach since 2009, termed this development the biggest milestone in development of Youth Cricket in recent times. “More knowledgeable and certified coaches mean more Youth Programs, it is as simple as that”, the founding member of Youth Cricket in DFW area stated.
