We are requesting all under-15 players to attend evaluation sessions scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 5th. and Friday, Sept. 6th at Baisley South Cricket Ground, located at the corner of Baisley Blvd. and Rockaway Blvd. All players are asked to contact USACA Youth Cricket Committee Member, Mr. Ricky Kissoon at 646-924-7328 or Coach Rudy John at 631-578-7226 to confirm their availability.

PHASE -1 Drills recommended by Coach Andy Pick
1. 10 throw’s from 20 meter at 3 stumps.
2. 10 throws from 40 meter to the keeper – keeper must NOT move his feet.
3. Target bowling as for the U19.
4. 50 mph batting test where people have access to a machine.
Some match play scenarios to test players:
1. Top order batters (1-4) bat for 8 overs against pace
2. middle order (4-8) bat for 8 overs against spin one end and pace the other end
3. middle order (4-8) bat for 6 overs spin at both ends
4. lower order (8-11) bat for 6 overs spin and pace
