Superb All Round Performance From Richmond Hill To Much For Enmore
Winning the toss and electing to bat first, Richmond Hill piled up 157 for 6 off their allotted 20 overs. Debo Sankar led the batting with a run a ball 38 (4×4) before stumped.
Imran Alli stuck round for 17 (1×4) 18 balls before being run out. Wahid Ward was caught for 11 off Jerry Persaud. Shameer Sadloo held the RHCC innings briefly with 21 off 18 deliveries with 2 boundaries while his brother, Zaheer Sadloo fell for 3 caught by Marlon Kallicharran off N. Harripersaud. Deryck McDonald stepped up the scoring rate towards the end of the innings with a cameo 30 off 16 balls that included 4 boundaries along with Dhaniram Seepersaud 20 (1×4-1×6) from 10 balls.
Chasing 157 at 7.85 an over, Enmore cricket club was off to a disastrous start. Deryck McDonald sent back Marlon Kallicharran brilliantly caught at point by Zaheer Sadloo for a first ball duck while Mahendra Seeram had S. Jainarine caught for 7.
However, the ever reliable and prolific Safraz Alli held the Innings with together with 45 runs off 38 balls (5×4) before he pick out Royo Sankar once again, firmly driven straight forward catch at short mid-wicket. Saheed Mohamed struck 2 sweetly timed boundaries during his short stay at the wicket, before being smartly stumped by Prashad Mahadeo for 9 off Deryck McDonald. R. Harripersaud struck 18 (27 balls) before being run out. As the RHCC bowlers kept a nagging line, Enmore struggled to 103 for 7 as Asif Alli 10, Jerry Persaud 7, and T. Datt for a duck fell cheaply. Brandon Datt 4 not out and N. Harripersaud 10 not out stay until the overs expired.

Imran Alli Ensure Semi-Final Spot For Richmond Hill
Victory cricket club coming from confident win over Big Apple won the toss, and without hesitation sent Richmond Hill cricket club to bat first, as the crowd begins to build up at the famous Baisley Park (Cage).
Once again they would not be disappointed. Imran Alli’s brilliant knock of 81 off just 32 deliveries with 3×4 and 8×6 saw RHCC compile a mammoth 209 for 6 off 20 overs.
Coming in at number 4, Alli toyed with Victory bowling as he bludgeoned 8 massive sixes and 3 scorching fours’ to send the crowd cheering wildly. Earlier Debo Sankar 8, Zaheer Sadloo 4 and Wahid Ward 15 fell cheaply, score card 44 for 3 wickets.
However, a fourth wicket partnership of 106 between Imran Alli 81 and Shameer Sadloo 38 saw Richmond Hill to 150 for 4. Soon both batsmen fell caught in the deep going for sixes, followed by Mahendra Seeram, comprehensively bowled by Kaval for a duck, score card 169 for 6 in 16th over. Deryck McDonald 23 not out (1×4-1×6) 15 balls and Royo Sankar 24 not out (3×4) 13 balls upped the ante in the final 4 overs with sensible batting and excellent cricket strokes, they took the score to 209 for 6 in 20 overs. Wickets fell at 1-18, 2-22, 3-44, 4-150, 5-168 and 6-169.
Victory cricket club chasing down a daunting 209 in 20 overs at almost 10 runs an over, never looked like getting any way close to their target as they were bundle out for disappointing 73 all out in 14 overs. Rohit with 17 (3×4) and Kabir 18 (1×4) was the only batsmen to reach double figures, and show some respectability to their scorecard. Wahid Ward bowling a tidy line was rewarded with 4 scalps while Deryck McDonald, Mahendra Seeram and Zaheer Sadloo had 2 victims each.
