Seven Regions And A Development Team To Participate In USACA T20

United States of America Cricket Association (USACA) is pleased to release the schedule for the 2015 National Championship sponsored by Overseas League Club. There are 19 matches on the schedule including the semi-finals and finals.

An USA Development team was created comprising four current national players and nationwide players who didn’t get selected on a regional squad.

Owen Grey, First Vice President of USACA said, “Players will have a forum to display their talent in the presence of the National Selectors and this also creates the needed pathway for players to represent USA in future international matches.”

A squad of 18 players will be selected at the conclusion of this event. The squad will compete in the Pepsi ICC Americas Division 1 Championship in May 2015 against Bermuda, Canada and Suriname. The top 2 ranked teams in this tournament will be promoted to the 2015 ICC World T20 Qualifiers (for the 2016 ICC World T20), to be held in Ireland and Scotland from July 9th – August 11th 2015.
