Tri-City vs Seven Star at Schenectady
Seven Star batted first and scored 274/8 in 35 overs. Top scorer was Mohsin Khan who had a swashbuckling performance of 106 not out. Tim Persaud impressed as well, lashing 72 in a terrific165 run, 7th wicket partnership with Moshin Khan that sealed the deal for Seven Star.

On the bowling side, Tri-City’s Ashok Addikopula snagged 3/47, John Florent was 1/38 including a maiden, and Theron Blair had 1/32.
In reply, Tri-City valiantly fought their way to 270/4 in their 35 overs. Fizel “G” Husain tore it up with a 74 run knock, and Anil “The Hammer” Sahaman was not far behind, crushing the ball to all corners of Grout Park to finish on 68 not out. Ajai Ishmael added 44 before retiring hurt in the blistering heat.
All in all a terrific and well played game.
Seven Star won by 5 runs.
TUCC vs. Long Island Lions at Waterbury, CT.
This was a very defensive game between TUCC & LI Lions
United took out LI Lions wickets in 29.1 overs and held them to 143 Runs.
Excellent batting by Kunaal Kapoor 53 runs.

In return, LI Lions Niel Lewis & Kunaal Kapoor stifled United, taking TUCC’s top 6 batsmen for only 23 runs. For TUCC, Veerasammy Virappen (38) & Mottilall Kissoon (17) led the chase, but United were all out in 32.5 overs on 124 runs.
For LI Lions, leading bowlers were Niel Lewis: 7-2-21-3 and Kunaal Kapoor: 5.5-3-15-5
LI Lions won by 19 runs.
Melbourne vs. National at Flushing
Winning the toss and batting first, Melbourne scored 152 all out in 26 overs. Rayhan top scored with 52.
Nationals were bowled out for 55.
Melbourne’s opening bowler Anindo Das had a fantastic spell of pace bowling with figures of 5 overs, 2 maidens, 3 wickets for 8 runs.
Melbourne won by 97 runs.
