ICC Americas is pleased to announce that 16 players from five countries in the region have been invited to attend a special ICC Americas Training Camp to be held in Barbados starting August 12th. Following the camp an official squad of 14 will be selected to represent the ICC Americas Regional Development Team at the WICB U19 Regional Tournament from the 19th of August to the 29th of August, 2012.

ICC Americas Regional Development Manager Martin Vieira stated, “This is a great opportunity for some of our elite young players to gain tremendous experience by playing in such an important tournament. We would like to thank the WICB for their invitation to take part and wish all of our player’s good luck as they continue to develop their young careers”.
