Bhupinder Singh, popularly known in footwear circles and a part of BSK’s journey, began wearing worn-out shoes at the National Institute of Fashion Technology in Delhi, India and became a footwear designer who showcased his ambition and passion.

His vision extended beyond designs to create unique, purpose-driven footwear for specific sports. The approach led him to be, at one point, the largest and most versatile cricket shoe creator in the world.

Jasmine Sethi Kharbanda and BSK channeled their years of learning into Jazba, a venture meant to redefine sports footwear. Despite nearing success, the shadow of business fraud forced its untimely shutdown. As true soul mates, they emerged stronger, founding SOLM8 with determination and a passion for crafting no-frills, high-value shoes.

Their commitment to practicality meant something other than sacrificing style. In the era of T20 and IPL, SOLM8 introduced a touch of flamboyance and fashion, breaking away from traditional white cricket gear and proving that innovation and resilience could turn adversity into triumph.

Jasmine and Bhupinder’s journey took them to SOLM8, becoming a cricket shoe bestseller in the USA and UAE in the first month of launching. As global citizens living between China, India, and the USA, Jasmine and BSK (Bhupinder) exemplify a spirit that transcends borders, turning setbacks into opportunities and on their way to creating a legacy in the world of sports footwear.

SOLM8 might be the first sports footwear brand to merge East and West; let’s wait and see! You can check out the new SOLM8 2024 range on solm8.online.

USAcricketers.com was fortunate to strike a deal with SOLM8 through advertising and donated 15 pairs of sneakers to young and upcoming cricketers in Guyana during the Caribbean Premier League season last year.
