Women Cricket T20 Series

As United States cricket continues to stumble from one disaster to another, the New York Tristate Women’s team has been providing a lesson to everyone in the ways of winning.
Following up on their emphatic sweep of Canada’s top women’s team Superstars in three games in May, Tristate is planning to continue their success story in a return series beginning today in Toronto.
In recent months the United States men’s junior and women’s teams all failed in competition to their neighbors to the north. Poor preparation, political selections and appointments, which led to colossal unprofessionalism, has been plaguing national teams for years on end.
In contrast Tri State has reigned supreme in all competitions against local and international competition, since Fraser took the reigns as head coach.

It goes without saying the longstanding coach was never given an extended opportunity to provide his expertise with the national teams despite proving year after year, he is the most successful coach ever in United States cricket.
One brief stint with the US team with Fraser at the helm, was an unprecedented success, but silly politics put an end to that solitary outing.
Now, as Tri State ventures to Toronto this weekend, Fraser’s team, despite not at full strength is set to give another Cricket Winning 101 lesson to the United States of America Cricket Association (USACA).
The series against Superstars will comprise five Twenty/20 games beginning today Friday (August 2) to Sunday and Fraser says he has a surprise package in store.
With regulars including pacer Triholder Marshall, batter Karen Bayless, allrounders Mellisa Sandy and Samanta Ramataur, included in the Tristate lineup, Fraser said he expects a 15-year-old to make a big impact. Rohanie Patel is an explosive batter and penetrating off spinner, who Fraser unearthed this year.
“She is a talent hardly anyone knows about and Rohanie is expected to play a big role for us in this return series Fraser,” pointed out.
He said experienced Candacy Atkins and Doris Francis will not make the trip for personal reasons and explained that despite the continued withdrawal from the game of star allrounder Indoomattie Goordial, Tristate Women is on track for another classy display, in Canada.
Experienced wicketkeeper/batter Delkash Shariarian will add bite to Tri State’s lineup along with Ivy Mohabir and Beulah Pidakala.
According to reports from Superstars will be strengthened by a few stars who did not make the trip in May to New York and some who are representing the national team in the World Cup qualifiers in Ireland.
Whether it will be difference in making the series more competitive than the first encounter in New York or turn the tables, will be known after Sunday. But Fraser, who will have West Indies team coach Stephanie Powers as his assistant, has the winning formula and USACA will do have an observer at Toronto’s Malton ground over the next few days.
