Youthful Meten-Meer-Zorg Cricket Team Is Set To Defend 40 Overs Title

Meten-Meer-Zorg is ready to do battle to defend their 2011 title in this year EACA competition naming a strong 2012 roster. The team will be captain by current USA player Azurdeen Mohammed with former Guyana youth wicket keeper Ajaz Asgarally as his deputy, the squad includes two new player the talented former NYCR under-19 batsman Saud Hussain and former Singapore youth player Glenn Meyer.
MMZ won the 40 overs competition by beating the experienced E/ACS in the final last year and lost the final to Big Apple cricket team in the T/20 competition. This young MMZ team is hoping that they can make it two in a row with having some talented youths in their line up again this year.
The full squad is Ajaz Asgarally, Azurdeen Mohammed, Ken Nandkumar, Zaaid Majeed, Trevis Ross, Amarnauth Persaud, Saud Hussain, Glenn Meyer, Deonauth Baksh, Fiaz Asgarally, Rocky Kowchai, Rawle Hoyte, Rayhanul Islam, Kieth Mungalsingh, Bilal Shahid, Fazurdeen Mohammed, Zaid Khan, Nadeem Asgarally and Nyad Asgarally.
