EACA 40-overs Tournament
An exciting game was played between Long Island United Cricket Club and Galaxy Cricket Club at Brentwood Park when the latter came out victorious as Yudesh Bissnauth unleashes his batting talent with an unbeaten 95.

Long Island United Cricket Club batted first after winning the toss and posted 225 for 9 wickets off their allotted 40 overs. Six of their batters were off to a good start but couldn’t carry on, Ali Alvi top scored with 46, while Anwer Kamal 37, Waqas Ashiq 33, Ishtiaq Khan 33, Sajeed Khan 21 and Babar Zia 22 made major contribution.
Sunesh Wazid open the attack for Galaxy and produce a fine spell of medium pace despite not picking up a wicket, his eight over cost only 28 runs and included two maidens. Dhaniram Seepersaud and Rajendra Latcha picked up two wickets each while Randall Wilson, Yudesh Bissnauth and Rafeek Nazeer had one apiece.
Galaxy in reply hit off the required target in 36.1 overs. USA national youth players Randall Wilson and Amarnauth Persaud start the innings. Amarnauth Persaud fell for 7, two more wickets fell that of Rafeek Nazeer and Vickram Peetam for 11 and 19 respectively.
From there on it was the Yudesh Bissnauth show as he joined Randall Wilson. Bissnauth would blast an enterprising of 95 not out off only 53 deliveries. His knock included thirteen fours and 2 sixes. Randall Wilson would eventually fall for 47 that was decorated with eight fours and a six. Yudesh Bissnauth along Allon Harmacoond would see Galaxy reach the target and claim an excellent win.
Ishtiaq Khan and Sajeed Khan picked up two wickets each and a wicket apiece went to Anwer Kamal, Babruk Jalal and Rameez Tirmizi.
