The USACA Selection Committee announces a 22-player training squad for an under-19 camp in Fort Lauderdale, Florida from September 11-13, 2015. The USA Under-19 team is preparing to compete in the ICC Under-19 World Cup Qualifier in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from October 14-23, 2015.
After finishing second place to Canada in the ICC Americas Championship earlier this summer, Team USA will compete against Ireland, Nepal, Papa New Guinea, and Uganda for a single spot in the 2016 ICC Under-19 World Cup in Bangladesh. Like USA, each of these participants in the World Cup Qualifier finished second in their respective regional qualifier tournaments.
