After rain washed out their opening fixture against the Bahamas, Bermuda won each of their remaining matches in convincing fashion to advance to the regional qualifier, where they will continue their bid for a place at the 2028 ICC Men's T20 World Cup.

Delray Rawlins was the standout performer of the tournament, earning Player of the Tournament honours after scoring 190 runs in four innings at a strike rate of 197.92. His campaign was highlighted by a remarkable unbeaten 121 against Brazil, the first century of the competition, which powered Bermuda to their biggest victory of the event.

Bermuda's dominance extended beyond the batting. Derrick Brangman finished as the tournament's leading wicket-taker with seven wickets at an average of five and an economy rate of 3.23, including best figures of 3 for 9, helping restrict opponents throughout the tournament.

The opening day yielded no result after both scheduled matches—Bermuda against the Bahamas and Belize against Panama—were abandoned because of weather.

Once play resumed, Bermuda quickly established themselves as the team to beat. They opened with a comprehensive 10-wicket victory over Belize, chasing 48 in just 5.2 overs after restricting their opponents to 45 for seven in a rain-shortened contest.

Panama began strongly with a 69-run win over Brazil before edging the Bahamas by four wickets, while Belize defeated Brazil by eight wickets to keep the standings competitive behind Bermuda.

Bermuda maintained their momentum on Day 4 with another emphatic 10-wicket victory, dismissing Panama for 69 before reaching the target in only 4.3 overs. On the same day, the Bahamas defeated Brazil by six wickets to strengthen their push for second place.

The hosts sealed qualification in dominant fashion on the final day. Rawlins' unbeaten century lifted Bermuda to an imposing 220 for four against Brazil before the bowlers dismissed their opponents for 74, sealing a 146-run victory.

Elsewhere, the Bahamas secured second place with a 22-run win over Belize, finishing ahead of Panama in third, Belize in fourth and Brazil in fifth.

Bermuda captain Terryn Fray credited the home support after securing qualification.

"We are delighted with the result. It's always special to perform in front of our own fans. We now look forward to the next challenge and give it our best in the Regional Final next year," Fray said.

The unbeaten campaign underlined Bermuda's status as one of the strongest associate teams in the Americas region. By topping the Sub-Regional Qualifier, they progress to the ICC Men's T20 World Cup Americas Qualifier 2027, where they will compete for a place in the global tournament and take another step toward qualifying for the ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2028.
