Westbury was fully prepared for a rainy day of cricket, but the covers were ready and pitch was rolled dry. Clinton Lewis, captain of Westbury was unable to play the game, so Vice Captain Barrington Bartley stepped up to the plate to captain the side. Upon winning the toss, Westbury chose to bat and registered 252 runs in a rain restrictive 30 overs.

Suburbia could not ask for a better start to the inning when Westbury opener Colvert Ferguson fell early in the first over. Captain Bartley came in to bat, and made the batting seem easy. He stroked 4s and 6s at ease, while rotating the strike at will. He went on to complete his maiden ton of the 2011 season scoring 124 runs off 76 balls.
Jermaine Lawson, former West Indies test cricketer would take over the attack after Bartley was stumped in the 24th over. Lawson attacked the bowlers scoring 30 runs off 20 balls. Westbury finished their innings in 30 overs, as showers led to a loss of 5 overs.
The second inning began as the sun started to shine, making it a beautiful day for cricket. Like Westbury, Suburbia lost their first wicket, in the second over, bowled by Darlon Hall. Hall who struggled in his previous match, bowled a great in swinging delivery to Henry and got him LBW. The middle order fought hard against a strong bowling attack of Westbury but was fruitless.
The pick of the batsmen from Suburbia was A. Urven who played exquisitely for his 78 runs. He did not receive any support from the other batsmen as Westbury spinners ripped through the batting lineup. Barrington Bartley with 3-24 and Javien Thomas with 2-28. Suburbia was bowled out in 19.1 overs, managing only 98 runs.
