ICC’s Associate and Affiliate membership criteria obliges members to meet a number of requirements. Failure to meet these requirements can result in sanctions, including the suspension of funding.

Such compliance, together with the provision of education programmes and other support, is in-line with ICC’s strategic objective to improve the governance and administration of all Associate and Affiliate members.

ICC’s 2012 funding to the United States of America Cricket Association (USACA) has been temporarily suspended due to USACA not meeting the criterion that requires Members to conduct an Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The direct ICC funding allocated to USACA for 2012 totals $285,000. Once an AGM has been held USACA will again be in compliance with the membership criteria and funding will re-commence.

For the avoidance of any doubt, the ICC has not suspended USACA and will make no further comment on this matter.
