The Northern California Cricket Association (NCCA) hosted the Karnataka Institute of Cricket (KIOC) head coach and Director Irfan Sait in the San Francisco Bay Area to conduct high-performance coaching sessions focusing on the NCCA representative teams from Senior and U19 divisions on March 18. The NCCA Women coaching group also joined the indoor net sessions with the renowned coach Irfan Sait.

NCCA hosted a ‘meet and greet’ dinner with coach Irfan Sait, where many Bay Area players, youth, and cricket supporters joined. During the dinner coach Irfan Sait shared his valuable experience as a coach over the last 30 years and shared examples of the unique nature of cricket as a sport.

NCCA President Ganesh Sanap had an opportunity to have a brief conversation with coach Irfan Sait. President Sanap remarked that NCCA was fortunate to have Sait conduct a mini-camp in the San Francisco area. Adding the coach imparted valuable cricket coaching lessons to the NCCA U19 Team, the NCCA youths stood to gain a lot of cricket knowledge from such training sessions.
