The New York Cricket Region U-19 squad will compete in a warm-up match against a New York U-25 squad in preparation for the 2010 USACA Junior Nationals Championship scheduled for sometime later this year.

The New York Region Under-19 team preparation continues this Saturday with a game at Seaview and 108th Street in Brooklyn.

The New York U-25 team was selected based on availabilities and commitments of players.  The match is scheduled for Sept. 18th at Seaview and 108 Street in Brooklyn at 10:30 a.m.

The NYR U-19 boys will have to do without skipper Azurdeen Mohammed. Mohammed was selected to represent the NYR Senior team in the USACA Eastern Conference Tournament scheduled for Sept. 17th. – 19th. to be held in Atlanta, Georgia.  The addition of USA U-19 Regis Burton, Rasheem James, Prashanth Nair, and Cameron Mirza will only excel the performance of the team.
