In reply, Tri-City slashed their way to 149/5 in just 26.2 overs. Fizal Husain earned his all-rounder credentials with 60 runs, supported by Mahindra Prasad’s 23. Kalika was the top bowler for Scorpion, taking 2/18.

United’s Raja Ali took 3/18, while Virappen chipped in with a 2/19 performance.
Pak Punjab vs. Kings II at VCP

Batting first, Pak Punjab made 192/6 in 33 overs. Top scorers came in the form of the opening partnership of Waqas Ali (64) and Haris Samra (76).
Best bowling for Kings II was Rocky Singh with a 2/37 performance.
In their innings, Kings II made a great effort trying to chase, but no solid partnerships could be sustained. However, they still wound up on 191/all out in an achingly close 33.4 overs. Top scorers were Gursimratpal Mahal with 28, Bheempal Waraich with 27, Sandeep Singh with 23, and Sumeetpal Mahr with 22.
