USA have now recorded four wins out of their stipulated five matches and sit with 8 points follow by Namibia on 6.
USA proved a more dominant unit against Jersey who won the toss and invited the Americans to take first strike.
USA rattled up a sufficient 231 all out off the 50-overs while Jersey replied with 206 all out in the 48th over.
Prolific opener Steven Taylor led the way for USA with an impressive 100-ball 79 laced with six fours and three sixes while Gajanand Singh supported well with 41.
But it was fast-bowler Ali Khan who made history by snapping up seven wickets to inspire the victory.
