“Congratulations are in order for ICC Head of Global Development Tim Anderson, ICC Americas Regional Development Manager Ben Kavenagh, and the entire ICC Americas team for what was, by all accounts, the most well-run cricket event in the history of the United States to this point.

“Not only were the training sessions and matches flawlessly organized and conducted, but the media management and cross-marketing was absolutely first rate. I think it goes without saying that the Combine may give the most exciting indication of the true potential of the game’s marketability in America than we have ever before seen.
“In my view, this also illustrates what can be accomplished when historic impediments to success are removed from our path. I think we now know that given the chance to operate free of those who would hold us back, there is no reason the USA can’t make rapid progress to the top of the Associate rankings.
“I’m really excited to see us finally moving forward in America, and I think it’s safe to say that there’s no going back now. There’s an exciting future awaiting us, and I’m looking forward to what comes next.”
