San Francisco Unicorns booked their place in the Global Super League final with an emphatic eight-wicket victory over Desert Vipers after Tim Robinson's unbeaten 68 and Fabian Allen's three-wicket haul guided them to a comfortable win at Providence Stadium in Guyana.

After electing to bowl, the Unicorns produced a disciplined bowling display to restrict Desert Vipers to 122 for 7 before overhauling the target in just 16.1 overs, setting up a title clash with defending champions Guyana Amazon Warriors.

The Vipers never recovered after losing Andries Gous for eight in the third over when Fabian Allen struck for the first time. Rilee Rossouw briefly threatened with an aggressive 11 off seven balls, including a six, but Anirudh Immanuel removed him to leave the innings faltering at 29 for 2.

Zachary Carter battled for 15 from 23 deliveries before Karima Gore broke the partnership, while captain Shadab Khan struggled to accelerate during a 24-ball 14. Kyle Mayers made 15 before Hassan Khan, who conceded just 14 runs from his four overs, accounted for the all-rounder to further tighten the Unicorns' grip.

Allen returned to dismiss Shadab Khan and Bevon Jacobs, finishing with outstanding figures of 3 for 20 from four overs. Immanuel supported well with 1 for 14, while Gore's solitary over yielded 1 for 4.

Vriitya Aravind provided the only significant resistance, remaining unbeaten on 29 from 20 deliveries with five boundaries. His late effort, combined with Sanjay Pahal's unbeaten five from two balls, helped Desert Vipers post a modest total after ending their innings on 122 for 7.

San Francisco's chase suffered a brief wobble when Khary Pierre removed Connor Esterhuizen for a brisk 17 and Hassan Khan for a duck in the space of two deliveries, reducing the Unicorns to 29 for 2 in the fifth over.

Robinson and Ollie Peake quickly extinguished any hopes of a Desert Vipers comeback with an unbeaten partnership of 97. Robinson anchored the innings with a composed 68 from 54 balls, striking eight fours and one six while rotating the strike effectively throughout the chase.

Peake complemented him with an unbeaten 33 from 31 deliveries, hitting two fours and two sixes as the pair paced the innings expertly to complete the chase with 23 balls remaining.

Pierre was the only successful Desert Vipers bowler, returning 2 for 22 from four overs, while Shadab Khan's spell proved costly as he conceded 41 runs without taking a wicket.

The victory sends San Francisco Unicorns into the Global Super League final, where they will face defending champions Guyana Amazon Warriors, on Aug. 1st, in pursuit of their first tournament title. Desert Vipers, meanwhile, exit the competition after falling short with both bat and ball in the eliminator.
