UC Warriors produced one of the most dominant performances of the Northern California Cricket Association (NCCA) Premier A 2026 season, defeating BA CSK by 205 runs at Seabreeze after posting a massive 416 for 8 in their allotted 45 overs. The victory was built around an extraordinary double century from Vijaya Ram Nandula, who was named Player of the Match for a match-defining all-round display.

After BA CSK won the toss and elected to field, UC Warriors recovered quickly from the early loss of Tarun Adada (6), who fell with the score on 11 in the second over. From there, Praharsh Anisetty and Vijaya Ram Nandula took complete control, adding 262 runs for the second wicket to put the contest beyond BA CSK's reach.

Anisetty played the supporting role superbly, compiling 104 from 88 deliveries with 12 fours and a six before becoming the fifth wicket to fall on 374 in the 40th over. The innings, however, belonged to Nandula, who produced a breathtaking 206 from just 106 balls. His knock featured 15 fours and 19 sixes at a strike rate of 194.34, making it one of the standout innings of the competition.

Nandula's dismissal at 273 for 2 briefly slowed the scoring, but Ravi Krishna Pasupuleti added a rapid 26 from 10 balls, including four sixes, while Akhil Reddy Desam remained unbeaten on 28 to help UC Warriors finish on an imposing 416 for 8.

BA CSK's bowlers struggled to contain the onslaught. Harminder Singh (2 for 66) and Syon Bhatt (2 for 73) claimed two wickets apiece, while Ayush Kakkar and Ramkumar Karunanidhi picked up one each. Despite the wickets, none of the bowlers managed to halt the relentless scoring, with every frontline bowler conceding at least six runs per over.

Facing a daunting target of 417, BA CSK never established the momentum required for a successful chase. Early strikes from Dev Thadani and Vijaya Ram Nandula reduced them to 30 for 3 inside eight overs, leaving the batting side under immediate pressure.

V. Kalai offered the strongest resistance with 48 from 64 balls, sharing useful partnerships with Harminder Singh (33) and later Krushab Gandhi (16), but the required scoring rate continued to climb. Ganesh Krishnasamy provided late entertainment with 33 from 27 deliveries, while Krishna Motaparti remained unbeaten on 32, yet BA CSK closed on 211 for 7 from their 45 overs.

UC Warriors' bowlers maintained disciplined control throughout the innings. Nandula complemented his batting heroics by claiming 2 for 29 from five overs. Tarun Adada also finished with two wickets for 50, while Dev Thadani, Sohan Bhat and Aadhav Iyer claimed one wicket each as BA CSK finished well short of the target.

The comprehensive victory strengthens UC Warriors' position in the NCCA Premier A standings and significantly boosts their net run rate, while BA CSK will need to regroup quickly as the competition intensifies.
